The Coach Roach Approach
The Coach Roach Approach integrates nutrition, exercise and lifestyle applying supporting science, to help you achieve and keep the body you desire.
Adopting this holistic approach incorporating these three elements with psychology, exercise physiology, biomechanics, anatomy and physiology will allow you to make lasting and noticeable changes to your body and mind.
- Nutrition
What you put into your body has a profound affect on how you look and how you feel. By identifying bad eating patterns, poor food choices and applying a healthier outlook to your diet you can reap the benefits of eating a well balanced diet. Certain food intolerances and allergies can also be identified and a suitable eating regime imposed. The word ‘diet’ is forbidden and all nutritional regime changes are agreed by you. Psychology plays a huge part in conditioning the mind to a healthier attitude towards food and not seeing it as a barrier to achieving the body you crave.
- Exercise
Gentle and progressive exercise leads to increased muscle tone which will increase the body’s resting metabolism and thus increase calorie burning capacity. Healthy weight management is best achieved through a healthy exercise plan. This doesn’t mean gruelling exercises to push your body through the pain threshold but a tailored and carefully selected exercise routine you’re your trainer and you are comfortable with.
- Lifestyle
Making small changes to your lifestyle can make a insightful difference on your success. Whether you make alterations to your daily routine or choose to use psychological methods to help curb cravings and beat unhealthy cycles of negative thinking; the coach roach approach can help you acknowledge these traits and address them to become more successful with your goal.
